Easy Sweet and Sour Chicken Breast  


1 pound of Boneless, Skinless Chicken 

1 large can of Pineapple, unsweetened 

1 1/2 tbsp ketchup 

1/4 cup Light Soy Sauce 

1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar 


Rinse chicken and place in a baking dish. Combine crushed or chunked pineapple with juice, soy sauce, ketchup and vinegar, Sear chicken on both sides and place in baking pan. Pour pineapple mix over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350° for approximately 45 minutes. Serve with rice.
