Ground Beef Vegetable Soup  


1 lb ground beef 

3 c beef broth 

1 onion, chopped 

3 rib celery, chopped 

2 carrots, sliced 

1 14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes 

1/2 t pepper 

1 10 oz package frozen mixed vegetables 

1/4 c. butter 

1/4 c. flour 


 Brown and drain meat. 

 Put all ingredients except butter and flour into pan and cook until vegetables are done. 



 Melt butter over medium heat and stir in flour until smooth. 


 Add mixture to soup and stir until thickened.
