Marinated Grilled Salmon  


6 – 5oz Salmon filets


------ Marinade ------


2 bun scallions

2 clove garlic, chpd

1/8 tsp cayenne

1 small lemon – grate peel & juice

½ cup ex virgin olive oil

½ tsp sea salt

1/8 black pepper


Combine and mix all in blender or food processor until coarsely pureed

Coat all salmon with marinade and let stand refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

With a pan griddle, gas or charcoal grill cook salmon over medium – high heat for 2 ½ minutes on each side for perfect medium, longer if you prefer a well done fish. Serve as desired.
