Red Skin Mashed Potatoes
1 1/2 lbs.
red skin potatoes
1/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Wash and put
in a pot with salted water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook until tender about 25
potatoes and mash.
