Breast of Chicken
    Stroggie  
  
3 whole
   Chicken Breasts, skinned, boned & halved  
2 tbsp
   Flour  
1/4 cup
   Butter  
8oz Beef
   Broth  
1/2 cup
   Sour Cream  
1 tsp
   Salt  
1/4 tsp
   Pepper  
  
Sprinkle
   chicken with flour. Saute in butter about 15 minutes.  
Add
   bouillon, simmer uncovered about 15 - 20 minutes. Stir in sour  
cream,
   salt, and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove meat to  
serving
   dish. Stir sauce in pan to mix well. Strain over chicken.
