Chicken Rice Casserole  

 

1 Chicken, cooked and cut up 

3 cups Chicken Broth 

13/4 cup Rice 

1/2 Green Pepper chopped 

1 cup Celery chopped 

1 chopped Onion 

1 can Mushroom or 1/4 lb Fresh, sliced 

1 can Mushroom Soup 

1 cup white cheddar cheese, sredded 

 

Partially cook rice, celery and onion in broth. Combine all ingredients 

in a large bowl and pour into greased casserole or deep baking pan. Sprinkle top 

with cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 55 minutes.
