Chicken Picante  

 

1 1/2 C. picante sauce or (Salsa slightly pureed) 

3 T. packed light brown sugar 

1 T. Dijon−style mustard 

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (4-6oz) 

 

Mix picante sauce, sugar and mustard.

 

Place chicken breasts in a 2−quart shallow baking dish.

 

Pour mixture over chicken. Bake at 400ºF for 20 - 25 minutes or until.

 

Serve over rice.
