Red Skin Mashed Potatoes
1 1/2 lbs.
red skin potatoes
1/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Cut potatoes
in chunks.
Wash and put
in a pot with salted water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook until tender about 25
minutes.
Drain
potatoes and mash.
Add butter
into the mashed potatoes and mix until well blended and butter is melted.
Add milk and
mix well, salt and pepper to taste.
If potatoes
are too dense add a little more milk if desired
