Pork Barbecue  

 

1 med. pork roast, parboil until cooked tender.  

3pt juice from cooked meat 

1 large onion, chpd 

1 med. green pepper, chpd 

1 cup Vinegar, apple cider 

2-1/2 cups Ketchup 

3  Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 

2  Tbsp yellow Mustard 

1/4  Sugar 

2 tbsp hot sauce 

 

Cut up meat, discarding fat.

 

Add meat and all other ingredients mix well. Cook gently until  broth is dissolved. 

 

Serve on buns.
