Oven Fried Fish Fillets  
  
2lbs. fish
   fillet  
1/2 cup milk  
1 tsp. salt  
1/2 tsp pepper  
1 tsp paprika  
1 ½ cup. Breadcrumbs,
   fine  
1/2 cup corn
   meal  
1/4 cup canola   
  
Cut fish into portions. Combine milk,
   pepper and salt. Dip fish into the milk and roll into breadcrumbs Place fish on a well greased pan. Bake at 475
   degrees for 14 minutes or until fish browns.
