Chicken and Broccoli Casserole  

 

9x13 pan 

2 whole Chicken Breasts, cooked, cut up 

1 lg bunch Broccoli, cooked, cut small pieces 

1/2 cup Mayonnaise 

1/2 cup Sour Cream 

1 Tbsp Lemon juice 

2 cans Mushrooms and juice 

2 cans Mushrooms Soup, undiluted 

Salt to taste  

1 ½ tsp Curry 

1 cup  Cubed Stuffing Croutons 

½ cup Chicken Broth 

Parmesan Cheese 

 

Layer chicken and broccoli in pan. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, 

lemon juice, curry, mushroom soup, mushrooms and juice. Salt  

to taste. Crush croutons into half the size and top chicken. Moistened crumbs with broth, 

sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for about one hour.
