Hamburger Stroganoff

 

1/4 Cup minced Onion

1 Clove Garlic (minced)

1/4 Cup Butter

1 lb. Ground Beef

2 Tbsps. Flour

2 tsps. Salt

1/4 Tsp. Pepper

1 lb. Fresh Mushrooms or one 8 oz. can (sliced)

8 oz chicken Broth

1 Cup Sour Cream

Parsley

Brown hamburger, drain. Saute onion and garlic over medium heat.

Add hamburger. Stir in flour, salt and pepper and mushrooms. Cook 10 minutes. Stir in broth. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour

cream. Heat through. Serve with pasta or mashed potatoes.

 

Makes 4-6 Servings
