frying chicken, cut into serving pieces
1 egg, lightly beaten
1tsp. Dijon mustard
all-purpose flour, seasoned
1 c. bread
crumbs, plain - fine
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
non – stick
pieces under cold running water and soak for at least one hour in 2-3 quarts of water with 1tbsps of salt
water and pat dry with paper towels and place in a bowl.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a stainless steel baking pan, ceramic, pyrex, or pan line with aluminum foil spray
non-stick cooking spray (generous amount) to coat bottom of pan.

let bake 15 -20 minutes. Chicken should be brown and crispy.
Chicken should be golden brown and ready
to serve. Let rest at least 5 minutes.
Estimated bake time 50 min. to 1 hour. If not browning you will need to adjust your
oven temp by 25 degrees.
